I lead marketing strategy and customer acquisitions for Google in the UK and Ireland, the largest market outside the US. Our goal is to help businesses get the most out of online advertising. I am responsible for sales, marketing and customer on-boarding teams, as well as the Google SMB brand.
I studied engineering and after a couple of years as an Accenture consultant moved to Silicon Valley. I started off deploying CRM platforms for blue chips and ended up project managing e-commerce platforms for startups. I took time out when the bubble burst to get an MBA and worked in business development and marketing functions for London based startups and corporates.
I am a frequent speaker, presenting at events such as TEDx, Telegraph Festival of Business, Digital Marketing Show and Elite Business Event. I serve as a digital advisor to a number of businesses, and regularly mentor startups.
