Mark Abbott and John Graham

Mark Abbott and John Graham met in 1982 whilst working for Barclays Bank. They both have strong backgrounds in the retail side of banking and left the bank when Area Directors in 2000. After leaving Banking, John spent time with Standard Life where he specialised in providing a great customer service experience. Mark established his own domestic cleaning company followed by an oven cleaning company in 2007. They then joined forces in 2008 when they bought the Oven Wizards Franchise. This has now grown from 4 to 60 Franchisees. Both are passionate about customer service and get enormous pleasure in helping people set up in business and then provide ongoing support to ensure they succeed.

Franchising v Going It Alone

This seminar looks to examine some of the main differences between setting up in business on your own as opposed to buying into a Franchise. It will be an interactive session where you will be able to ask any questions you would like about franchising in general from two experienced franchisors and members of the British Franchise Association.
