Alun R Parry

CEO of A2D Solutions Ltd with over 25 years in the field of Project Management and previously a full career in the Armed Forces and successfully achieving all my goals both Militarily and Business so far. In 2016 and after delivering Interim and Consultancy services to the likes of Barclays, RBS, Lloyds, Flemings, BT, BBC, JPMorgan, QBE, L&G, Commerzbank AXA, NHS, HMRC, RM Results and MasterCard and in light of the changing world I decided to create my Change & Transformation Risk company with a business model based on maintaining Reputation & Brand experiences for client companies.
As an experienced professional, I passionately believe that there is a solution for every problem and that nothing is ever lost until you give up. My company prides itself on providing innovative options and solutions for the most critical and complex issues delivering agreed benefits. As a company we are accomplished in taking over taking full ownership, accountability and responsibility for achieving business goals by working with the client to deliver projects, some of which have demanded compressed timescales and long hours to meet immovable deadlines such as regulatory or business directed.
